My husband loves seafood, but unfortunately for him, I am not a huge seafood lover. This is a meal that we both can agree on! Slightly spicy tuna cakes with a crunchy salad is just a great combo. These tuna cakes are made from canned tuna, jazzed up with sriracha, lime, and cilantro to add some freshness. This is a satisfying yet refreshing and light meal.
